Walk off all the food in Jardins de Luxembourg, where Emily likes to go for her morning jog. Gotta burn off those pastries one way or another! The magnificent Luxembourg Gardens cover an area of 25 hectares and are divided into a French-style and an English-style part. Between the two stretches a geometric forest and a large pool. There is also an orchard with varieties of old and forgotten apples, an apiary to learn about beekeeping, greenhouses with a collection of breathtaking orchids and a rose garden.

Start your visit off at the Pantheon, the backdrop of where Emily breaks up with her Chicago-based boyfriend over a call. One of Paris’s main landmarks, the Pantheon is a former church now serving as a repository for the remains of the likes of Voltaire, Jean-Jacques Rousseau, Victor Hugo, Èmile Zola, Marie Curie and many more. You can admire this magnificent building from the outside, or you can visit it on the inside for €11.50.

Walk past the world-renowned Louvre Museum to Emily’s workplace: Savoir Marketing Agency located at 6 Place de Valois. You will appreciate the fact that the location really is as fancy as on the show, in Paris’s 1st arrondissement, just a stone’s throw away from the Louvre and the Palais Royal! In the same square, you can grab a drink at Bistrot Valois, the Savoir team’s favorite hangout. Bistrot Valois is located at 1 place de Valois and is open Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. – 10:30 p.m. and on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 pm.

Continue to the Palais-Royal Garden where Emily and Mindy meet each other for the first time, and where Mindy sang La Vie en Rose. This is a lovely park to stroll through or take a quick break from sightseeing.

Take a lovely Seine river cruise to admire the city from a different perspective. You'll surely be charmed by the City of Lights!

Remember when Emily’s classmate from French class tried to shoplift from the La Samaritaine department store? Or when Savoir organized the launch of Laboratoire LaVaux’s perfume inside this stunning mall? Don’t miss this gorgeously designed temple of Parisian lifestyle, proposing unrivalled brands covering luxury fashion, fine jewelry and accessories, and so much more!

Next, continue on your way through the Latin Quarter and grab a coffee at Café de Flore, where Emily meets Parisian semiotics professor Thomas. Both Café de Flore, and Les Deux Magots just next to it, used to be the place of literary meetings, philosophical debates, and artistic gatherings for well-known artists, writers and philosophers such as Jean-Paul Sartre, Simone de Beauvoir, Victor Hugo, Emile Zola, and Pablo Picasso. Café de Flore is located at 172 Boulevard Saint Germain and is open daily from 7:30 a.m. to 1:30 a.m.

Walking up the boulevard, you’ll find yourself at the Palais Garnier, Paris’s iconic opera house. Emily attends Swan Lake with her date Thomas, but quickly dumps him after realizing that he is, in fact, a big snob. You can either admire the opera’s gorgeous architecture from outside, or you can do a tour inside to marvel at the stunning art, architecture, and to see the red velvety seats and high theatrical stage. Self-guided tours are 14e and guided tours start at 18.50e.

Next, head over to Paris’s most beautiful bridge: Pont Alexandre III. Here is where De L’Heure’s racy perfume commercial was filmed, begging the question if it was sexy or sexist. Either way, this bridge is stunning, and the views are sublime, especially of the Eiffel Tower in the distance.

Make your way to the symbol of Paris and France in general: the emblematic Eiffel Tower. You can admire it from outside or you can go up for some amazing views over the City of Lights. Make sure to book your spot online ahead of time to skip the line. Tickets start at €11.30 if you want to climb the stairs, or €18.10 if you want to take the elevator. The Eiffel Tower is located at Champ de Mars, 5 Avenue Anatole France and is open daily from 9:30 a.m. – 11:45 p.m.

Start your day at the Sacre Coeur basilica, where Emily and Mindy hang out and take pictures for Emily’s Instagram. They weren’t wrong, as this is where you can enjoy one of the most gorgeous views of the city. If you want to go inside the basilica, you can do so between 6:30 AM – 10:30 PM for free, and you can also climb to the dome from 10 AM – 5:30 PM or 9 AM – 8:30 PM in the summer for €6.

After brunch, stroll through the picturesque Rue de l’Abreuvoir, one of Paris’s oldest and most historic streets, which has won the title of ‘prettiest street in Paris”. This is the location of the marketing campaign for Hästen’s Luxury Beds.

Stroll through the Pere Lachaise cemetery where Luc takes Emily for her birthday lunch. Here you can find the final resting places of famous authors, singers, philosophers, etc such as Edith Piaf, Oscar Wilde, Balzac, Chopin, Jim Morrison, etc.

Have a lovely dinner at this lovely restaurant, Buddha Bar.

Spend the day visiting the emblematic Versailles palace with its gorgeous gardens. Relive Gregory Dupree's fashion show in the palace's famous Hall of Mirrors and strike a pose in front of the numerous mirrors in this stunning hall.

Drive past picturesque vineyards of the French countryside like Gabriel, Emily, and Camille did to escape the loud city for the day. 
You may recognize this historical castle, located in Chinon, as Camile’s family home where they produce champagne. The exterior is exactly like it is - also family owned for generations. 
The interior of the chateau is also the same as in the show, with its huge wine cellar and antiques. Paintings in gilded frames are hung in the hallways, and the wine cellar is just like how Emily explored the champagne tasting.

At the end of exploring the estate, you can also have a glass or two ;)

After a long day of champagne tasting, have dinner at Verde.

Then, head over to Place de l’Estrapade, the iconic square where Emily’s apartment is located. Emily and Mindy live in apartment 501, directly above Gabriel's apartment. The apartment is supposedly a "chambre de bonne", which is a room on the top floor of a French apartment building that was traditionally intended for domestic workers of middle-class families. Nowadays, it is generally considered to be a cost-efficient rental option for young people.

Treat yourself to a lovely brunch at the “Maison Rose”, a pastel-pink, totally instagrammable restaurant in Montmartre where Emily and Mindy had dinner. The former cabaret is now one of Montmartre’s most charming restaurants and it can be found at 2 Rue de l’Abreuvoir. It’s open for lunch from 12 - 2:30 PM, teatime from 3 – 5:30 PM and dinner from 6 – 9:45 PM, and on weekends they serve brunch between 11:30 – 2:30 PM.

Valais - Four Days Four Seasons

Waking up at Chez Gaby 1670, it feels like you’re part of the Dents du Midi, so close is the impressive mountain range. The panorama is also served for lunch and dinner; Valais platter, breads, and cheeses are all from the area, and in the evening the dishes are even more elaborate. Surrounded by an impressive collection of more than 190 cowbells!

Located 10m (no typo) from the gondola in Veysonnaz, this hotel offers direct access to the mountain beauty around. Its style mingles Alpine tradition with a modern touch, and the sunny terrace is an invitation to try the local Raclette du Valais AOP.

At Hotel Waldhaus you will wake up surrounded by trees and with fantastic views to the Matterhorn and other 4,000m peaks. Located next to the cable car mountain station of Bettmeralp, Hotel Waldhaus is very central but still very calm. Offering a romantic fireplace, cool hammocks, and an amazing hot pot on the roof top terrace: you’ll never want to leave.

When travelling in a group, this modern lodge offers the individuality of a holiday apartment without missing the hotel’s comforts. With space for up to seven people and spacious living-dining rooms (some with fireplace), they are made for reminiscing about the daytime adventures – and in the morning there’s a huge breakfast buffet waiting.

The ‘Grand 8’ (French term for roller-coaster) is a 40km route to the most beautiful places in the shape of a giant figure-of-eight. The terrain offers everything from smooth tarmac to rocky roads, and with the help of your battery (e-bikes are easy to rent in the villages) you can focus on the panorama – historic Alpine chalets and mountain lakes included.

E-bike Tour ‘Grand 8’ Around the Portes du Soleil

Having lunch on the terrace at the Alpage de la Chaux is hard to beat. The historic wooden chalet, dating from 1871, is located high above the village of Morgins, where the cows graze and the marmots sing. Local meats and cheeses are beautifully arranged on wooden chopping boards and decorated with mountain flowers. It’s a place where time stands still.

It may look like a normal mountain hut, but this restaurant offers well-composed dishes that could make downtown city venues jealous. It is located in the heart of the bisses; when you hike along the water canals, make sure to stop by on the flowered terrace for some local cheeses or excellent game.

This mountain bike itinerary links three resorts: Nendaz, Verbier, and La Tzoumaz. Thanks to the many lifts, this tour takes in more than 3,000m of descent but barely 511m of uphill: what could be better? With rough Alpine descents and an unforgettable final downhill, this tour winding through the mountains is something special.

Discover the fascinating ice world under your own soles on a glacier hike. Local mountain guides take you along, in harness and ropes, to explore this natural wonder and explain its intricacies. The total approximate walking time of six hours includes two to three hours on the Aletsch Glacier – you could also enjoy a local speciality after the breathtaking glacier trek in one of the charming mountain huts.

Who would have guessed that you could have a culinary revelation in a former tool shed? The Chüestall in Riederalp was once home to snow cats and cannons, but now the modern building is one of the most popular restaurants on the hill, with Raclette du Valais AOP, fondue, and an endless panorama.

Above the treeline, the Almagell High-Altitude Trail offers spectacular views of the Mischabel Massif, which features some of the highest mountains in Switzerland. Look down at the turquoise waters of the Mattmark dam, the biggest earthen dam in Europe, have a delicious lunch at the rustic Almagelleralp, and enjoy the unique glacier landscape while soaking up the sun.

Located at a lofty 3,206m, the Jägihorn via ferrata is the highest in the Western Alps. Even though the panorama is dramatic, don’t forget to watch your step, as there are 400 pegs (steps and grips) and five ladders leading to the summit. This is a serious challenge, with some of the best climbing in the country.

Tender pikeperch or mint lamb: no matter which delicacy you feel like, make sure to snatch a table at the big panorama windows at Zer Schlucht. Schlucht means canyon in German; the classy restaurant has a glass-edged floor and you’ll look down on the thunderous waters of the Fee Gorge while delicacies melt on your palate.
